CADNET Rebate Program To participate in the Rebate program, publishers will be required to respond to two audits a year and provide tearsheets for the requested ads for the specific dates chosen randomly by the CADNET office. Rebate checks will be paid after each audit.
Audit responses must be received by the due date on the audit request. No rebates will be paid for audits received after that date. A publisher's rebate will be calculated as a percentage of that publisher's circulation to the total circulation in the pool.
CADNET ads must run in all editions of each participating member publication. Rebates to bi-weeky or monthly publications will be adjusted according to frequency.
Rebates are calculated as follows: 75 - 100% of ads run = 100% of Rebate 50 - 74% of ads run = 75% of Rebate 26 - 49% of ads run = 50% of Rebate 0 - 25% of ads run = 0 Rebate
Your paper should receive the tearsheet audit request for the first half of the year in late June. These rebate checks are handed out at the Fall Conference in September or mailed to publications tnhat do not attend.
The tearsheet audit request for the 2nd half of the year is sent out in January. These rebate checks are distributed in early March.
